Edgar Schein is a researcher, writer, teacher, and consultant. He’s a Professor Emeritus at the MIT Sloan School of Management, and is considered the “father” of organizational culture. He’s renowned for his contribution to the field of organizational development, including career development, group process consultation, and organizational culture.
