Peter Senge

Peter Senge is an American systems scientist. He is also the founding chairperson of the Society for Organizational Learning, a senior lecturer at the MIT Sloan School of Management, and co-faculty at the New England Complex Systems Institute. Senge lives in Cambridge, Massachusetts. Besides authoring the book The Fifth Discipline: The Art and Practice of the Learning Organization (1990, rev. 2006), he also co-authored The Fifth Discipline Fieldbook, The Dance of Change, and Schools That Learn.
