James Kouzes

James Kouzes is an author and speaker best known for his work on leadership, and has won numerous awards including the American Society for Training and Development’s highest award for his Distinguished Contribution to Workplace Learning and Performance. Kouzes, together with Barry Posner has co-authored more than a dozen books, and developed the highly-acclaimed Leadership Practices Inventory (LPI), a 360-degree questionnaire for assessing leadership behavior and The Student LPI. He frequently speaks and conducts leadership development seminars for organizations worldwide.
