Oprah Winfrey

Oprah Winfrey is a media executive, TV talk show host, actress, author, and philanthropist. She hosted The Oprah Winfrey Show for 25 years (1986–2011). It was the highest-rated daytime talk show in television history. In 1988, she founded Harpo Productions, and later launched the Oprah Winfrey Network (OWN) and Oprah’s Book Club. Winfrey received the Presidential Medal of Freedom in 2013.
