Jessie Inchauspé

Jessie Inchauspé (also known as the “Glucose Goddess”) is a French biochemist and founder of the Glucose Goddess movement, a health platform reaching over 7 million people across social media. She holds a BSc in mathematics from King’s College London and an MSc in biochemistry from Georgetown University. Her books Glucose Revolution and The Glucose Goddess Method have sold over 3 million copies. In 2025, she began hosting the Channel 4 series Eat Smart: Secrets of the Glucose Goddess.
