Danny Meyer

Danny Meyer is a restaurateur, author, and the founder of Union Square Hospitality Group (USHG), one of New York’s most acclaimed restaurant organizations. He opened his first restaurant in 1985, and his ventures include Union Square Cafe, Gramercy Tavern, The Modern, and Shake Shack. Meyer and his team have earned 28 James Beard Awards, including Outstanding Restaurateur in America. He is also the co-founder of Enlightened Hospitality Investments.
