Michael Watkins

Michael D. Watkins is a Canadian author best known for his expertise on accelerating transitions. Dr. Watkins is co-founder and chairman of Genesis Advisers, an executive onboarding and transition acceleration company. He was a professor at The Kennedy School of Government at Harvard University, the Harvard Business School, and INSEAD in France. He is also a Professor of Leadership and Organizational Change at International Institute for Management Development in Switzerland.
