Jim Rohn is an American entrepreneur, author and motivational speaker. Rohn grew up bon a farm in Idaho. He quit college and started work in a department store. Later, under the mentorship of John Earl Shoaff, Rohn built one of the largest direct selling organizations in Nutri-Bio. In 1960, Rohn became Nutri-Bio’s vice president. Rohn gave his first public seminar in 1963, and went on to become an international speaker on personal development. He received the 1985 National Speakers Association CPAE Award for excellence in speaking, and authored 17 different written, audio, and video media. He became a millionaire at age 31, and was credited by many notable individuals (including Mark Hughes, Tony Robbins, Jack Canfield, Brian Tracy, and T. Harv Eker) for his influence on their lives.
