Strategies for Accelerating Transitions

1. Prepare in advance

Take a break before the transition to prepare yourself. Ideally, start your preparation once you’re being considered for a new role. Dr. Watkins is co-founder and chairman of Genesis Advisers, an executive onboarding and transition acceleration company.
